One of the most important things you can do for yourself is learn to calm your mind and nurture your body. My training in multiple areas of mindfulness, yoga, and aromatherapy can help you learn how to care for yourself effectively and uniquely to you. I’m available to help you create your own practice that supports mind-body-spirit health.

I have been trained in aromatherapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and yoga - and I will meet you where you are to help you find healing support and success. Each session begins with a short mindfulness moment, if you want. I love giving homework and can direct you to meaningful books and resources that support wherever you are now.


My Mindfulness training includes:


* Registered Yoga Teacher certification, RYT-200 with Alanna Kaivalya

* Certified Natural Mindfulness Guide

* Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training with Charlotte Center for Mindfulness

* Rain Partners Training with Tara Brach

* 10 years of experience and trainings in aromatherapy, especially for emotional clearing and health.
