Wanda Petunia is my imaginary friend who's gifted me with inspiration related to my own self-care/love. I share her wisdom with others through comics, movies, plushies, story time experiences, a podcast, and more. I’m blessed to work with a refugee women’s sewing group to create meaningful self-care products.
The Artist's Way is a self-help book by Julia Cameron. The book was created to help in artistic creative recovery. I use techniques and exercises in the book to guide people to gain self-confidence through expressing their creative talents and skills. We can work through the book at your own pace or in a group.
“Amy Williams provided a wonderful workshop for library staff about connecting with yourself and others through creativity. Her thoughtful program was the most highly attended and most highly ranked out of an afternoon of breakout sessions featured during a staff retreat. Amy's presentation broke it down in an easy to understand format about the how and why creativity sparks connection in all ages from babies to adults. We would welcome her back anytime!”
